The Main Event:
A girl on fire is any woman who is on fire. They could be someone who has pushed through their comfort zone, overcome something difficult, or even a woman who has made a strong commitment to giving back.
The Girl on Fire Awards are an annual celebration to honor Lead(h)er participants by announcing the Mentor and Mentee of the Year. Women in the Strike a Match mentoring program are able to nominate their mentor or mentee for their unique contributions through mentorship.
