We all have issues we are working on or considering how to address. Often, we would like input from others as part of our decision-making process. “Help Me Help You” is a time to bring your question or situation to others for their insights. This is also a time for you to provide input to others based on your experiences. Issues can be related to career path, a project, a work relationship, your development, your mentoring, or a situation at work that you want to move forward.

 Your challenge is to be very brief and succinct when explaining your issue to others. You only get a few minutes to explain your issue then receive input before you move to the next table and repeat the process. Imagine speed-dating for the purpose of problem-solving!

Don't have a question or would rather not share? That's okay! The key to this program is to have both people with questions and those without.

Your facilitators for this fun and productive event are Mentor-Mentee pair: Kathy Ramp and Joanna Tyler.
