Becky (&) Tracie
Becky is a certified co-active coach and owner of Black Pearl Coaching. Tracie is an IT Manager at John Deere and the two have had the chance to meet a couple of times. After they sent me their selfie, I reached out to Tracie to see how the process was going for her. Here is what she had to say:

The perspective she brings to the table has been exactly what I needed as I navigate being a professional, mother & wife. I love that Tracie identifies that they are just two women, connecting from a place of respect and support. This is what mentoring is all about - two people coming together to provide support and perspective.
