FOUND(H)ERS

 What is a Found(h)er?

Lead(h)er’s Found(h)ers are the dedicated supporters who help power our mission.

Women and allies who contribute $5,000 or more over five years or through a single gift become Found(h)ers, making a lasting investment in mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities for women across the Quad Cities.

Their generosity fuels the programs, connections, and community that make Lead(h)er possible.

Why Found(h)ers Matter?

Mentorship changes lives, but it only happens because of the people who believe in it.

Found(h)ers provide the critical support that allows Lead(h)er to keep our Strike a Match mentorship program free and accessible, host community events, and continue expanding opportunities for women in our region.

Their leadership ensures that more women have access to the guidance, support, and networks they need to grow and lead.

The Found(h)er Community

Being a Found(h)er means more than making a donation. It means being part of the foundation of Lead(h)er’s future.

Found(h)ers are recognized for their commitment to strengthening our community and empowering the next generation of women leaders.

Below we proudly recognize the individuals and organizations whose generosity helps fuel the Lead(h)er mission.
