Perspective (&) Purpose: Mentoring Matters for Tracy

I choose to support Lead(h)er because having a good mentor is so important in personal development. While there are many companies with wonderful mentor programs, I think there is value in also having someone outside the workplace, and that relationship can be difficult to establish. Lead(h)er does that, and they do it beautifully.
